Human Zen Warranty Policy

Different Human Zen products have different warranties, so please review and identify what policy is relevant for you. 

All customers must complete the Warranty Claim Form, along with pictures of damages, in order to initiate the warranty claim process. 

 

Human Zen Office Chair Limited Warranty

Human Zen office chairs purchased via our official website or through an accredited retailer are safeguarded by our comprehensive warranty. This warranty extends to all parts and materials, offering a 5-year guarantee against damage resulting from manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship. In addition, we provide a 15-year warranty on all non-moving metal components, including the chair frame, to ensure long-term durability and support.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly not following our detailed instructions, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, transportation damage, unsanctioned modifications not explicitly approved by Human Zen, improper storage, or the natural aging of materials such as wood, leather, and fabric that leads to color changes, crocking, or reverse crocking from clothing dyes. These conditions are not deemed manufacturing defects and, therefore, are not covered for repair, replacement, or refund.

Human Zen expressly disclaims any liability for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages related to product defects. Our commitment is to the integrity and quality of our products, ensuring they enhance your office environment without the worry of unforeseen costs.

 

LUMBR Cooling & Heat Massage Unit Limited 3 Year Warranty 

All parts and materials are eligible for 3 years of warranty. During this time, Human Zen will provide replacements for any damage that is due to defects in material or workmanship. 

For Human Zen products, a defect in material or craftsmanship does not cover damage or failure to operate correctly due to misuse, improper assembly contrary to instructions, wear and tear, acts of God, transportation, unauthorised modifications, or the natural ageing of materials causing colour shifts or dye transfer from clothing. Such damages are not deemed as defects, hence, are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

Human Zen will not be held responsible for tort liability related to its products, nor will it be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages that may result from a defect in the product.
